The Experiment: AI-Enabled Delivery
This portfolio site is more than a summary of work; it is a live experiment in AI-assisted software delivery and executive narrative synthesis.
Context
As a transformation leader, I believe in staying at the frontier of technology to understand its impact on delivery productivity. This entire site was designed, coded, and populated with content using Google Antigravity, an advanced agentic AI coding companion.
The Objective
To test how large language models can:
- Accelerate the creation of high-quality, semantic web artefacts.
- Synthesise years of professional evidence into a concise, executive-level narrative.
- Apply strict design and tonal guardrails without human manual coding intervention.
Governance & Guardrails
AI was used as a productivity multiplier, not an autonomous author. The following guardrails were applied:
- Accuracy: All case studies and outcomes are based on real transformations led or influenced by the subject.
- Tone: The AI was instructed to maintain a "calm, senior, and outcome-led" persona, avoiding marketing hype.
- Ethics: No confidential or proprietary organisational data was disclosed beyond public-facing project names and generalised performance metrics.
Key Learnings
The use of agentic AI reduced the draft-to-deployment time by approximately 80% compared to traditional manual development. This reflects the same modern delivery principles—automation, flow, and rapid feedback—that I implement at an enterprise scale.
